Discovered CDJapan about 5 years ago. Didn’t use them much until last year. So many albums from Japan have bonus tracks and CDJAPAN makes it easy for me to order and receive quickly. Haven’t had a single problem using their service. Highly recommend

A Proxy Service makes it easy to track down rarities and order from Base stores for example.

great store that i highly recommend.i have been a customer for many years and never had any issues.customer service is first rate with regular updates and any potential problems with an order.they will also act as a proxy buyer to obtain items not available at the store.this is a great feature to have as some stores wont ship to overseas addresses.i buy a lot of japanese music items and cd japan is a trusted source.although my interests are purely musical,they also have anime,manga,fashion and magazines.i actually have 2 more orders in the shipping process as i write this review.you can use credit card if you wish or set up a paypal account.give them a try!.stewart

I have been using CDJapan for around 3 years now for 90% of my imports and every single time I have placed an order they have done an amazing job at making sure all the items arrive to my door safely. I primarily order manga and figures from them and every time I get the a package in everything is neatly placed in the box and everything is bubble wrapped. The manga is put in these little bubble wrap sleeves with usually 3 volumes per sleeve and the figures always have an overkill amount of bubble wrap around them, which I do appreciate because when I first started ordering figures I was always nervous of them arriving damaged but that hasn’t happened yet and I am quite confident that it won’t happen. While the shipping has always been expensive I also do choose the Fedex Express option but I usually will order a plethora of stuff to make the shipping costs worth it. I’ve never really had to contact customer service for an issues aside from cancelling an order in which they always respond nice and quickly. All and all I would definitely recommend this site to anyone looking to purchase CDs, Blurays, Manga and collectibles from their favourite animes

Amazing site for anime items that maybe sold out by using their proxy service! Information is available for cost of shipping and any additional fees (not hidden)! Customer service is very friendly and efficient when notifying you of changes to shipment estimates as well. Superb place to find your much needed anime merch! CDJapan is the best source for Japanese CDs with bonus tracks. Before I purchase any CD, I check CDJapan to see if the Japanese release has exclusive bonus tracks. Also the price of Japanese CDs is very reasonable at CDJapan.
